Order Guidance
At Made by KungFu, we are passionate about ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer FREE QC (Quality Check) before shipping.
Step 1: Before you make an order
Since the operating expenses for the website are way higher than Weidian as it includes QC team salaries, PayPal fees, credit card fees as well as the rent of the website and domain name. The approximate price for products will be 10% higher than Weidian. We can't return or exchange your order after it has been shipped, we will move to the after-sale the QC process.
Step 2: How to receive Quality Check Images
Once you paid, You must be a member of the KungFu Discord 📩│create-web-ticket and send us your order number and tag @Made by KungFu Within 3 hours. after 1-3 days you will get your QC Pictures. If you don't tell us that you want a QC or 3 hours after you paid but didn’t creat a ticket , we will just ship out the order
Step 3: Shipping your order
Once you GL (Green Light) the QC we will proceed to send out your order as soon as possible. If your products have any quality problems you can exchange it or get a refund. When we don't receive a reply from you within 24 hours we will automatically GL your order.
Step 4: Tracking number
Normally it takes 2-4 days after you GL the QC that we will provide you with the tracking number. You can use 17track to get your tracking information. It usually takes 2-3 days until the tracking will update, so please be patient.
Step 5: Receiving your package
We recommend you to send a picture of your arrived package in our Discord server by posting a small review, we will give you store credit for it! If your package is damaged or lost, please provide us with parcel images or any additional info that you might think could be useful for us, we will try to take care of it. Do not request a refund under any circumstances! You can talk to our team first if you have any problems. Once you apply for a refund you will be permanently banned from our store!
